I am a Dr. Sears Wellness Institute ™ wellness coach, educator, Reiki Master, and massage therapist of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy®, Swedish, and deep tissue.  I believe that we must connect within ourselves holistically to gain the insight and strength to reach our life goals. My approach in massage includes physical massage (on hold due to CV19), education, spiritual connection, and connection to the natural environment.  I am a Level 3 Reiki Master for over 15 years, spiritual indigenous practitioner, and grounded in cultural values that reflect a deep connection to nature and spirit.  Clients have called me deeply intuitive, helpful, knowledgeable, relatable, and genuine.
