1 hour of either Reiki (I am a level 3 Reiki Master for over 15 years) or Reiki with intuitive clearing using spiritual modalities based on indigenous traditions.
1 hour of coaching online: This includes assessing your goals, education, learn skills to be successful, and outlining a plan for you to start taking steps.
